No Tool Stainless Steel Fin Screw for Longboard and SUP - 2 or 3 Pack

They hold your center fin in place just as before, but can be tightened by hand and held in place by the spring force of an o-ring.

However, they are not compatible with Starboard and Naish Paddleboards, as owners report that they are too short for those boards.
